Registration for the NSW Weeds Conference is now open.

Delegates may register for the Conference as per the categories and rates outlined below.

** Student Registration: Only applicable to full time, unwaged students. Students must provide evidence of their full-time student status from their educational institution administration or a copy of their student card. This must be scanned and forwarded by email at the time of registration.

  • Early Bird Registration: The deadline for early bird registration is 1 September 2017. You must register and pay before this date to receive the early bird rate. After this date, all new and unpaid registration will be charged the standard registration rate.
  • Standard Registration: The deadline for standard registration is 9 October 2017. You must register and pay before this date to receive the standard rate. After this date, all new and unpaid registration will be charged a $50.00 late fee.

 

Method of Payment

Full payment MUST be received prior to the commencement of the Conference. Registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Please note if your registration is made less than two weeks prior to the Conference the payment is required by credit card. Payment can be made in the following ways:

Visacard, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted. Charges to your credit card will appear as being from “New England Conf” on your bank statement.

Please note that a 1.8% credit card service fee is applicable to all payments made by credit card.

  1. Cheque Payment

Please make cheque in Australian Dollars payable to “New England Conference Company” and mail to the Conference Secretariat, PO Box 4429, Armidale, NSW, 2350. On receipt of your payment, confirmation will be emailed to you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Confirmation of Registration: Once you have registered for the conference you will receive an autoresponder email from the Conference Secretariat. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address you entered when registering for the conference. A Tax Receipt will be provided to you within 14-days of processing of your registration payment. This receipt will be sent to your email address as a PDF attachment.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Registration cancellations before 22 September, 2017 will forfeit $110.00 of registration fee to cover administration costs. No refunds will be made after 22 September, 2017, but substitute delegates are acceptable. Please note that any eligible refund will be processed after the conference.

Privacy: In registering for this event relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only), and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including venue and catering providers and key sponsors. Should you not wish your details to be used for this purpose, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
